Rompin Beach Bash - Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for the Rompin Beach Bash event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity

  • Each ticket admits one (1) vehicle only.

  • Tickets are valid for the (13-15 June 2025) specified at the time of the event.

  • All sales are final. No re-entry is allowed unless specified by the event organizer.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

  • In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunded according to the organizer’s policy.

3. Entry Requirements

  • A valid e-ticket or printed ticket must be presented at the entrance.

  • The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a damaged, duplicated, or invalid ticket.

  • Camping gear is NOT provided by the organiser. All attendees must bring their own tents, sleeping bags, cooking gear, and other necessary camping equipment.

  • Please come prepared for an outdoor, beachside camping experience.

  • Camping slots are allocated based on your ticket purchase.

  • Each slot corresponds to the specific size and type you selected at the time of booking.

  • No changes, upgrades, or slot exchanges will be entertained by the organiser. (Tiada penukaran akan dilayan oleh pihak penganjur.)

4. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees must respect the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of others.

  • No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are permitted on the premises.

  • The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual for misconduct or violating event rules.


5. Weather Policy

  • This is a rain-or-shine event. Please come prepared for all weather conditions.

  • In extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer has the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event for safety reasons.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Attendees participate at their own risk.

  • The organizer, venue, and partners are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.

7. Minors

  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Some activities may be age-restricted.

8.Ticket Resale

  • Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.

  • Tickets purchased through third-party platforms are not guaranteed by the organizer.
